Credit / Debit Card via PayPal / PayMaya
You may use your debit or credit card to pay online. Just choose PayPal or PayMaya as your payment option and you will be automatically directed to a PayPal or PayMaya page where you will input your credit/debit card details. Creation of an account is not required. PayPal and PayMaya fees are shouldered by Christiana Manila. After confirmed payment, we will ship out your package after one business day.
Bank Deposit
Kindly proceed to any Bank of the Philippine Islands / Banco De Oro branch and fill up a Cash Deposit slip with your total amount and our Account Details which will be emailed to you upon completion of your order. Hand your deposit slip and payment to the teller. Email a photo of your deposit slip to

Online Transfer (BPI / BDO / GCASH / PAYMAYA)
You will need to enroll your account to BPI / BDO if you wish to use their online / mobile transfer service. Other banks with a mobile app can also be used for transacting. Once registered, you may use this feature to pay for your items. Account Details for the transfer will be emailed to you upon completion of your order. Email a photo of screenshot confirmation to

Exchange and Return Policy

ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY. We DO NOT accept refunds.

For returns and exchanges, a piece of the same size and design will be sent unless the customer requests for another item available on hand or store credit.

For items to qualify for return and exchange, the items should be:
- within 7 days from receipt
- new with tags in place
- in its original packaging
- no scent of perfume or detergent
- not washed nor worn
- not have any visible damage like tears, runs, or broken zippers

Once exchange is approved upon inspection, you may choose from the readily available styles within one week of approval. Otherwise, exchange will be forfeited.
